One Off Support
This is ideal for emergency ICT support as this service is available to everyone
- You will be allocated a qualified engineer to deal with your issue(s)
- Existing clients are given priority and discount.
Standard rates are:
- £55 – On-Site during normal working hours
- £80 – On-Site outside of normal working hours
- £40 – Remote during normal working hours
- £65 – Remote outside of normal working hours
Block Booking
Block Booking allows anyone to purchase a block of support hours at a reduced rate.
- Clients are allocated the number of hours they have purchased against their record in our system. This will be deducted from the record as the time is used.
- Ideal for schools or as an add-on for existing clients
